In compliance with CF standards, please print, complete and submit the
request
form.
Civilian requests:
You may either print the
request form as per CF standards or write a
letter to the address below stating when you would like to have the LER
Band at your function. In the event that a letter is written, please
include as much information from the Canadian Forces request form as
possible.
